This role is to join the Global Access Management team within Technology Risk. This group provides centralized control functions for infrastructure entitlements (e.g. back-end database permissions, developer access as part of SDLC, etc.). The role requires a technical architect to expand the existing entitlements framework to additional infrastructure resources and use cases (e.g. Cloud, middleware, etc.).

The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast paced, rapidly changing, global team environment. This is a great opportunity within the field of IT Security with focus on entitlement management. Responsibilities include:

Review and assess new technologies (both internally developed and commercial off-the-shelf solutions) for viability in the centralized access management scheme.

Collaborate on systems design and integration with other internal infrastructure partners.

Create and maintain product requirement documents and supporting documentation for centralized access management solution.

Work with internal clients to onboard infrastructure components to centralized entitlements solutions.

Heavy emphasis on data analysis and quantitative approach to addressing systemic problems (e.g. legacy entitlement hygiene, infrastructure management, etc.).

Oversee development of entitlement rules to ensure technical enforcement as per requisite standards.

Automate manual tasks.

Identify and develop solutions to improve team efficiency.

Provide expert technical and security advice to team members and internal clients.

Required skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or similar

3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Savvy troubleshooting on a variety of different technologies (web, infrastructure, OS, application)

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

General IT Security knowledge and applying best security practices

Risk management skills including knowledge of least privilege and segregation of duties

Knowledge of access control/ user account management (e.g. AD, LDAP)

An understanding of access control models like Role-based access control, and Rule-based access control

Familiarity with reporting and metrics methodology (including creation/analysis/interpretation)

Familiarity with Cloud architectures especially in IaaS and PaaS offerings

Desired Skills:

Industry certifications (i.e. CISSP, CISM, GPEN, etc.)

Scripting experience (e.g. Perl, PHP, PowerShell, Python)

Experience with authentication technologies (e.g. Kerberos, SAML)

Experience with ITIL

Intermediate Experience with Excel (VBA/Macros, Advanced Pivots, etc.)
