The Enterprise Systems Analyst Role is responsible for, but not limited to, the Training and Support of the divisional Purchasing departments and Shared Services. Will work within the Corporate Operations Team to produce and enhance current and future Training Collateral and Programs. Work with and mentor others in primarily purchasing roles in Best Practices for the company's implementation of the systems and policies. Monitor the performance standards of these entities within the Purchasing Systems. Clearly communicate identified issues or opportunities for improvement with recommended resolution to Corporate Operations team.
The ideal candidate would have 5+ years' experience purchasing in the homebuilding industry with demonstrated abilities to function successfully in a Constellation Newstar systems environment. Experience with system conversions or migrations preferred, as is experience manipulating data in Newstar and/or Excel. Critical thinking and ability to research and provide complete resolutions is key.
