Enterprise Solutions Analyst - reports to Sr. Manager, Enterprise Business Technology, based in Libertyville, IL.
Job Summary:
The role of the Enterprise Solutions Analyst will be a self-starter who will effectively analyze, optimize and troubleshoot assigned VCI business applications. These systems include (but are not limited to) VCI's Asset Management and Servicing systems, Letters Automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The individual(s) in this role will serve as subject matter experts and points of contact between VCI Business Operations, third party vendors, VCI-IT, and VCCI Business Solutions to ensure consistency and excellence in process improvement and automation, requirements, testing, training, system configuration and administration.
Job Responsibility:
System Support- 50%
* First line of support for assigned VCI business application user incidents and enhancements
* Identify, recreate, document and prioritize system defects and service requests
* Test and decision corrected system defects and service requests
* System administration of assigned VCI business applications which includes managing user profiles, licenses and configuration updates
* Upgrade test planning and execution
* Participate in the definition, management and prioritization of defects and enhancements for the team's supported business applications
* Create Requirements documentation for business automation and system enhancement for the applications the team supports
Operational - 50%
* Develop strategic partnerships with business and IT management and third-party vendor resources
* Work with business units to support and optimize business process utilizing the Asset Management/Servicing Systems, Letters Automation, Robotic Process Automation and/or future business solutions
* Laisse and coordinate with VCCI on shared opportunities and impacts
* Create and maintain reusable test scripts
* Maintain pertinent Business Solutions documentation
* Participate in various projects that impact or are impacted by the solutions the team supports
* Perform other duties as requested by management
Required Qualifications:
Required Experience -
* Three to five years' experience Automotive Finance Company Operations with specialized knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Collections, Customer Care, Accounting/Tax, Financial Maintenance, Remarketing, Data Governance, Structured Finance
* Prior experience as a Supervisor, Training and Quality representative and/or department analyst desired
* Prior experience working on Information Technology Projects including participation in requirements and/or testing phases
Required Education -
* High School diploma / GED or equivalent years of experience
Required Specialized skills -
* Proficiency with the FIS Automotive Suite including AF, DM and TPSM
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and/or Task Map, and SharePoint
* User level proficiency with Top Down's Client Letter System
Desired Qualifications:
Desired Education -
* Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree
Desired Specialized skills -
* Familiarity with UI-Path Robotic Process Automation Software
* Proficiency with Jama Software for Requirements Management, Test Case and Defect Management
* Demonstrated success in the probing, collection and documentation of functional requirements
Work Flexibility -
Occasional travel may be required to meet with users in various VCI locations and/or attend applicable industry conferences and training.
