We have an exciting opportunity for a Enterprise Service Desk Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Under broad direction, oversee operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk and existing non-local Service Desks, review and correlate tailored reports, oversee review and correlation of audits, oversee Tier 2 or higher analysis in response to Service Desk escalation, oversee ticket management process, maintain overall required levels of performance of Information Technology Services.

Required Experience/Skills:

* Minimum 10 years of experience using any automated ticketing tool/system required with at least 4 years of experience using Remedy.
* Certified in accordance with DOD Directive 8570.1 Information Assurance Technician II.
* Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 3 Foundation with additional ITILv3 certifications recommended.
* possess a Microsoft Certified Master (MCM) certification.
* All candidates must be a US Citizen, or have a permanent residence status (Green) card.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Business or related disciplines preferred or a technically related field OR equivalent related work experience in a multi-site software services environment, OR related project management experience
