Job Summary

The Enterprise Resiliency (ER) Analyst is a member of the Enterprise Security team which is managed by the Chief Security Officer and reports up through the General Counsel. The Enterprise Security team is responsible for enterprise information security strategy, governance, business continuity, crisis management, emergency preparedness and risk management.

The ER Analyst reports to the Crisis Manager and supports the ER Program through plan maintenance, exercise preparation and executions, GRC application administration.

The candidate that is chosen for this position will work with an Enterprise Security team that approaches resiliency and security as a strategic business partnership to address business risk. This provides the unique opportunity to interact with the business at all levels.

The candidate will work in a team environment where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a regular practice for ensuring operational excellence and individual growth.

This position is based out of our McKinney, TX office.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the ER Programs with:

* Annual refresh of ER documents (policies, standards, procedures, etc.)
* Maintenance of Mass Notification System (Globe Life Alert)
* Training and awareness programs that result in personnel being able to respond effectively to incidents
* Annual ER exercises
* Development and maintenance of centralized storage repository / intranet site
* Gathering metrics and identify trends in ER practices that improve business resiliency

Assist Crisis Management program with:

* Administration support role within the incident management team
* Tracking of After Action Report items
* Emergency Operation Center preparedness
* KPI's and KMI's reporting
* Maintaining the master contact list

Assist Emergency Preparedness with:

* Administration and maintenance of exercise schedules
* Documentation of incidents, and share lessons learned from activations and exercises

Assist Business Continuity with:

* Annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) process
* Formalizing, and standardizing business continuity plans
* Periodic reviews and tests to establish effectiveness of business continuity plans and procedures
* Implementation and maintenance of Business Continuity Applications (Metric Stream)
* Schedules for annual business continuity documentation maintenance and update

Strong business process documentation skills

Required Experience

Education & Work Experience required

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Emergency Administration and Disaster Preparedness, or equivalent experience.

Preferred requirements: ABCP certification
