LSA is looking for a Enterprise Project Manager with project intake, demand management and PPM process experience. Specifically, in project prioritization and process adoption. This position will interface directly with internal functions and suppliers and requires someone with a track record in operational roles managing large projects, establishing and implementing governance processes, leading and managing project demand planning.
* 6+ years leading large agile enterprise programs and projects. * A minimum of 5 years of project management process and governance setup, launch and
ongoing management experience, preferably over multiple engagements.
* 4+ years of experience in the following areas: * Development and management of work plans for the successful delivery of project or large track scope. * Creation of standards for identifying and addressing critical risks and issues. * Creation and Implementation of intake tracking mechanisms. * Management of risks, dependencies and constraints. * Project management and coordination. * Identification and resolution of issues. * Develop initiatives to realize desired future state, including short term and longer term activities * Ability to lead mixed client, vendor and consultant teams, minimizing conflict and maximizing productivity. * Experience at a top tier consulting firm. * Bachelors required. * Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
