Job Description

Position Summary

The Enterprise Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for the administration and tactical execution of various enterprise Information Technology and Cyber Security platforms in support of Insulet's Infrastructure, Network, and Endpoint technologies.

Responsibilities

* Provide managed and repeatable enterprise cyber security analyst services in support of Insulet's infrastructure, network, and endpoint technologies
* Support Managed Security Operations Center (MSSP Model)
* Initial point of contact for managed Security Operations Center (SOC) incidents
* Tier 1+ support and analysis of all security incidents
* Maintenance and monitoring of security infrastructure health
* Interfacing with the Global IT Service Delivery Team, support secure endpoint compute environment (Windows, iOS, Mobile):
* Initial point of contact for managed Security Operations Center (SOC) incidents
* Tier 1+ support and analysis of all endpoint security incidents
* Lead continuous endpoint cyber security efforts (secure build, endpoint protection, O365 security management, permissions management, next gen AV, endpoint monitoring)
* Maintenance and scaling of MDM technologies for corporate endpoints as well as BYOD devices
* Lead endpoint and user application permission and asset management
* Development of information security metrics
* Interfacing with the Systems and Network Engineering team, support a secure corporate infrastructure:
* Support the maintenance and scaling of Identity and Access Management (SSO and MFA) technologies across all corporate systems
* Support continuous patch management initiatives
* Support continuous vulnerability assessment program
* Support ad-hoc cybersecurity penetration testing efforts
* Provide innovation and creativity to mitigate business or technical cyber security issues.

Education and Experience

Knowledge / Education / Certification

* Associate degree or higher, or substantial verifiable experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Secure systems engineering
* Secure network engineering
* Relevant Military Service Positions (Army 17c, Army 25d, Army 255s, Air Force 1b4x, Navy Cryptologic Technician)


* Relevant security certifications (CISSP, SCP, GSEC, CompTIA, etc.) a plus
* Relevant IT certifications (AWS, Microsoft, VMWare, ITIL etc.) a plus
* Strong understanding of secure endpoint management

Professional Experience

* 1+ years of hands on Cyber Security Experience
* Experience installing and troubleshooting Windows Operating and MacOS systems
* Experience installing and troubleshooting applications across a variety of systems environments
* NOC or SOC experience highly desirable
* Experience with modern IAM solutions, preferably Azure AD with SSO and MFA a plus

* Ability to approach technical cyber security challenges from a business perspective
* Ability to meet and overcome the challenges of fast paced technical support environment while building a positive work relationship between IT, users and management
* Ability to rapidly identify, evaluate, and resolve conflicts and complaints
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
* Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and prioritize work while responding flexibly to changing priorities
* Self-motivated and uses initiative to proactively resolve problems. Deals with conflicting priorities calmly, reliably, and effectively
