* The approximate dates of this internship are August/September 2019 through January 2020
* Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
* Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
* Must possess unrestricted work authorization
* Housing: Interns must provide their own housing for the duration of their internship program.
* Transportation: Interns must have reliable transportation to get to and from work for the duration of their internship program.

* Ability to pull data and share visually in a presentation format
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Work effectively in a team environment

* Highly skilled with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio
* Strong interest in business technology experience
* Curious and flexible
* Willing to think outside-the-box in tackling new assignments
* Knowledge of SharePoint and Slack

Responsibilities

A Day in the Life…

As part of the EBS organization, this role is for someone who is curious about the functions of security and compliance and is willing to expand their knowledge through training and be open to taking on new challenges. In playing a key role in protecting the Disney brand, you will work closely with various EBS Business partners, Disney Global Information Security, and Corporate Compliance. In supporting the EBS Security and Compliance team, your responsibilities will include the following:

* Build and foster strong relationships and collaborate closely with peers and partner groups within Corporate and GIS
* Assist in working with EBS partners to perform security assessments to ensure compliance with TWDC security policies and standards.
* Coordinate the communication with EBS partners to ensure they implement ongoing security patches on EBS servers, infrastructures and workstations.
* Coordinate security meetings with EBS partners as needed
* Assist with project coordination of technology projects
