Position Summary
The Enterprise Application Analyst Senior position is a senior-level analyst position. This position has responsibilities in systems, application and training support. The position encompasses design, installation, modification, upgrades, enhancement and support, medium to large project leadership, training, documentation development, and contract review and familiarization. Work situations are a combination of intermediate to complex analytical, clinical, financial and administrative responsibilities, and require independent decision-making, problem solving, leadership, systems analysis, customer service skills, organization, public speaking skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years experience in developing, implementing, operating or maintaining information systems in integrated health care delivery systems including hospitals and/or clinic settings.
Previous installation experience with healthcare systems databases and interfaces in hospitals and/or clinic settings or with a healthcare system vendor required.
Education/Licenses/Certifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or Information Technology required.
An equivalent combination of additional qualifying work experience and technical certification or training may be substituted for education.
Clinical/Financial license/Technical certification (RN, MT, RRT, CPA, MCSE, OCP, etc.) preferred.
The person selected to fill this role will serve as an expert on MyChart build and functionality; specifically, in relation to Patient Access, Ambulatory, and billing features. Also, work with clinical and revenue teams to coordinate build and workflows for new functionality in MyChart.
This Analyst will provide best practices for MyChart standardization for operational and IS&T teams and promote optimizations to improve uptake and access for our customers. Assist with maintenance items that impact direct scheduling including but not limited to template alignment, block alignment, and session limit/length alignment.
Communicate is key to share information about necessary changes to build and workflow to necessary operational and IS&T teams.
Will consider a III or Sr level position depending on qualifications.
