ManTech International seeks an Enterprise Architect III to support BCATS Program which provides systems and enterprise development services to the Department of Veteran's Affairs. The Enterprise Architect provides integration services at the program level and facilitates the independent designed applications, data, services and other IT resources to work together in portfolios, programs, and projects. In this role, the selected candidate will:

* Lead the Enterprise integration that includes the integration of current state architecture as well as standards used when integrating new solutions into a roadmap toward a future architecture
* Integrate the use of shared solution capabilities and designs, re-used designs and patterns, and forecasted capabilities
* Identify, track, and assess integration issues and work with appropriate stakeholders and sustainment and development contractors to ensure integration issues between projects are being addressed adequately.
* Perform an initial and ongoing Enterprise Integration Assessment of programs and their dependencies, including assessment of functional and non-functional requirement dependencies, system interoperability/standards, and current/planned resource utilization of operational architecture
* Provide logical and technical situational awareness of current state operational architecture and resource consumption (dashboard content) for deployed VA assets. Update the current state operational architecture in Portfolio/Segment Architecture, Platform Reference Architecture and Portfolio Reference Architecture documents
* Develop a technical architecture overlay for the Health, Benefits, Memorial, and Corporate domain areas. Provide the concepts of operations for the Health, Benefits, Memorial, and Corporate and encompass the functions, relationships, and dependencies of external as well as internal systems.
* Develop the Portfolio/Segment Architecture for ESS, Health, Benefits, Memorial, and Corporate.
* Include patterns, vocabulary, segment ontology, technical architecture standards and constraints, definition of compliance criteria and compliance checklists, gap analysis and recommendations (segment overlaps and solution overlaps), functional capability decomposition, and guidance.
* Provide input to OI&T design patterns and provide input into Exhibit 300 architecture and information sections
* Provide Strategic Architecture, Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application and System Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, Security Architecture, and/or To-Be Architecture support

Education/Experience Requirements:

* BA/BS degree and 12-15 years of applicable experience.
* Knowledge of VA EA tools include Unicom System Architect (SA), InQuisient (Enterprise Elements), Oracle Application Express (APEX) and other tools like Rational CALM, Informatica ProCenter will be an added advantage.
* Extensive experience in design and development of Solution architecture is an added advantage along with EA certification.

Desired Education:

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent. 10 years of experience. 10 + years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
