Description

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Engineering Senior Manager for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Engineer, test, and support enterprise applications, framework, libraries, and tools to streamline the delivery of business applications. Identify and implement opportunities that enable the development groups to provide optimal solutions to their respective businesses.Evaluate business needs and provide technical solutions to solve issue with complex and problematic processes and applications.Utilize .NET and Windows technology to build and manage lab infrastructure. Train personnel to support the CATE developer tool to simplify and streamline application delivery processes. Collaborate with Vulnerability and Threat Management (VTM) teams to assess and manage security risks, and develop countermeasure and remediation solutions.

Qualifications

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree (three or four year) or foreign equivalentin Computer Science, Commerce, Computer Information Systems, or a related field and 8 years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Systems Analyst, Engineering Specialist, or related position in the financial services industry. 6 years ofexperience must include: HP OVCM; WiX Toolset; and VBScripts, Win-batch Scripts. 3 years of experience must include: IBM BigFix, Microsoft SCCM; Install Shield AdminStudio; Powershell scripts; and Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server.
