Cornerstone OnDemand is a leader in human capital management and mobile is very important to its growth. We have a dedicated engineering team that works on Cornerstone Mobile experience. We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our iOS team responsible for building innovative learning features and helping CSOD users realize their potential.

In this role you will…

* Lead a large team of iOS engineers to build and shape the best experience for Cornerstone users
* Define and own the objectives and key metrics for your team, and devise a development strategy and roadmap
* Collaborate with many cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) to execute on that roadmap, and deliver it with high quality in a timely manner
* Mentor and coach the career development of your team
* Recruit and build a world-class engineering team
* Quickly become an expert on the product architecture and workflows
* Provide production support and troubleshooting
* Perform other software development and management-related duties

We're looking for…

* 5+ years of mobile engineering experience
* 2+ years of technical leadership experience
* Someone who has led a team to ship mobile apps at scale
* Passionate about mobile app development in a collaborative setting
* Wisdom to know when and how to make technical trade offs
* Someone who is not afraid to make critical decisions and has a bias towards action
* Ability to inspire and motivate the team to go above and beyond
* Knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (e.g. MVVM, Viper)
* Experience with Continuous Delivery
