We are currently seeking a Technical Engineering Manager for our Cybersecurity Team. This position requires an experienced professional with a proven track record of engineering managerial achievements. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

You will:

* Provide technical leadership through hands-on example
* Contribute to security requirements and test specifications
* Drive design and code reviews
* Evaluate emerging threats and provide recommendations
* Support the roll-out of the company's PKI environment
* Provide input to forensic investigations
* Participate in 3rd party system and service stack selection processes
* Maintain, define and communicate dependencies between hardware, software, and suppliers with a focus on minimizing these dependencies

You bring:

* Experience in managing cybersecurity development programs
* A proven track record of lead software development to production
* Experience in Agile software development including sprint planning and execution
* Solid theoretical background in cryptography
* Acute understanding of layered end-to-end security principles
* Experience in embedded software development
* Exposure to cybersecurity monitoring and analytics
* Ability to define and prioritize tasks
* Experience to estimate the level of effort and delivery schedule

Advantageous:

* Automotive communication protocols
* Centralized monitoring and incident handling
* Cloud security

Education Requirements:

* BS minimum in an engineering discipline (computer science, data science)
