Job Description

The Engagement Leader acts as a strategic consulting advisor to our clients and is accountable for client relationship management, client delivery and client value creation.

As an Ironside Engagement Leader you will report to the leader of our Advisory Practice, work closely with our Senior Leadership in client acquisition and client delivery and collaborate with our internal organization on all aspects of your work.

Your Contributions:

* Building and maintaining client relationships built on mutual trust and respect.
* Overall client delivery, oversight and accountability, for quality, value and budget.
* Responsible for increasing Ironside's value creation at two or three key accounts.
* Responsible for business development activities in support of pre-sales solutions.
* Accountable for the development of our organization in terms of the development of our people, creation of our intellectual property, and the development and implementation of best practices in our company.

Your Proven Track Record:

* Proven experience delivering value for clients.
* Strong analytical, consulting, and information management background.
* Ability to design, structure and deliver projects to meet client's needs.
* Strong communication skills with 'C Level' executives.
* Strong affinity for mentoring and developing others.
* 8+ years of experience in management consulting with a business analytics consulting firm or practice.
* MBA required.
* Fortune 500 client experience preferred.
* Expert understanding of Business and Information System Design and the Business Intelligence market place.
* Accomplished speaker and/or author.
* Regional travel required (up to 50%).
