Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a full-time System Modeling Lead to be a part of our MBSE Program team working on the US/UK TRIDENT Submarine Strategic Weapon System and US Attack Weapon System programs. The selected candidate will work closely with numerous engineering teams supporting the Strategic Systems Program (SSP) System Engineering Transformation (SET).The selected candidate will serve as a senior systems engineer and modeling SME, specifically performing the following functions:
* Serving as lead modeler for all MBSE pilots / activities
* Engaging with community IPTs / Working Groups / Communities of Practice related to system modeling
* Providing as-needed technical whitepapers, presentations, and demos to stakeholders
* Mentoring junior modelers / engineers in discipline and program applicability
