Embedded Firmware Engineers provide firmware/bootloader ingredient for Surveillance and Vision products. The firmware includes the operation firmware for CPU system bring-up as well as implementing secure Chain of Trust (CoT) Verified Boot.
Overall it will be a development and maintenance of complex IP cores and existing foundation firmware code to expand support of new products.
Qualifications
Embedded firmware engineers at Intel normally possess a BSEE/MSEE or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. They also have the following:
* Proficient in firmware or BIOS development * Experience with Linux environment and developing Linux drivers preferred * Knowledge of various CPU architectures desirable
