Job Description

Corporate Systems at Morningstar supports all the business platforms & tools used by people across the company. As a key member of the Corporate Systems this role will play a critical role in supporting Oracle Eloqua and over all marketing operations. As a dedicated resource, this person will be responsible for maintaining the configuration, reporting, training, support, maintenance and overall health of the Eloqua platform at Morningstar. Description Work with Program management team and internal customers to understand the business requirements and translate them into Solutions on the Eloqua platform. Provide feedback, guidance to our business partners on their requirements. Participate in day-to-day support activities as well as in building new features & customization on Eloqua platform. Develop and drive best practices, standards across multiple instances of Eloqua to improve data quality and in turn to maximize the effectiveness of the platform. Maintain Eloqua integrations with external systems such CRM (Salesforce), Cvent and any other third party apps. Review the existing CRM integration and look for ways to optimize it as well as enhance its capabilities to make it more scalable. Proactively monitor the database health and various processes/integrations and build any automatons that are required to limit the manual tasks and to improve efficiencies. Establish and maintain system documentation and training materials. Requirements Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. 4+ years of Marketing Automation experience using Eloqua platform is preferred. 2+ years of Salesforce experience is required. Knowledge of industry email marketing, CAN-SPAM, CASL & GDPR best practices. Hands on experience with setting up integrations with Salesforce Auto Sync, in bound/outbound calls, programs builders, third party Eloqua Appcloud apps is required. Experience with Web technologies including HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOAP, APIs is required. Oracle Eloqua certification is preferred. Experience with Content Management Systems such as AEM is a plus. Experience with any Object oriented programming language such as C# or Java is a plus. Experience with Database management system such as MS SQL server is also a plus. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
