Job Description

TAMKO Building Products LLC is seeking an Electronic Records Management Specialist for the Cypress Waters office in Dallas, Texas or at our Corporate office in Joplin, Missouri. The Electronic Records Management Specialist is tasked with enabling enterprise-wide compliance with TAMKO's record retention schedule. This role ensures compliance with the appropriate retention period through the application of technology by utilizing methods that are systematic, consistent, auditable, and compliant with internal and external regulations- thereby taking compliance with the retention schedule out of the hands of the users.

Summary of Essential Functions:

* Responsible for enabling the IT-led records management program for electronic information through the application of technology.
* Serves as the IT technical expert on Enterprise-wide electronic records management systems.
* Performs hands-on configuration, testing, deployment, administration, and monitoring of enterprise records management information systems and uses them to enforce retention policy.
* Works closely and proactively with the Records Program Manager and business departments to ensure that records/information assets are managed per TAMKO policy.
* Performs e-discovery utilizing a variety of tools on various platforms.
* Participates in project design process for all major information systems to ensure that records management functionality appropriate to the records/information assets they support is included in system design. Advises project managers and IT managers on metadata requirements necessary to achieve this functionality.

Position Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
* 5 - 7 years' experience configuring, testing, deploying, monitoring, and administering records management systems.
* Technical and application expertise in SAP Archiving objects, SAP Content Server, Open Text Archive Server, Open Text xECM, MS Office 365, etc.
* A solid understand of data tagging.
* Familiarity with encryption at rest and in motion.
* Experience with Records Management concepts and techniques.
* Knowledge of Dolphin/Seralla ARC, AEC, & AMT preferred.
* Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention software preferred.
