Job Description

Position Highlights:

* Manages and coordinates the operational activities for an overnight team of Gateway Technical Support Agents
* Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers
* Accomplishes results through the effective management of non-exempt staff
* Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations
* Participates in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures affecting assigned units, coordinating system conversions from an operations perspective

The shift for this overnight role will be from 9pm - 7a, 4 days per week. The days will rotate from Sunday - Wednesday and Wednesday - Saturday.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
* Two to three years of operations-related experience
* Minimum one year of supervisory/management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

* Superior technical ability - if you can build your own PC, this may be the role for you


* Strong knowledge of operation functions, gateway systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area


* Good organizational, managerial and project management skills


* Well-developed customer relations skills


* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills


* Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously


* Basic knowledge of the payments industry and human resources
