Job Summary:

The Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) Systems Analyst will develop, implement and manage a wide variety of systems and analytics for the Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) department. The candidate will coordinate with the rest of the operations at Benjamin Moore to ensure data alignment required for effective EHSS compliance, communication, reporting and improved EHSS performance.

Essential Duties:

* System administrator for EHSS data, tracking and management systems (i.e. Intelex, ISNetworld, and Success Factors) Administers, manages and maintains EHSS data and analytics to monitor and manage EHSS compliance and metrics.
* Program administrator liaising with other departments (i.e. Legal, Risk Management, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, IT, Communications, HR) to develop, implement and manage a wide variety of programs to drive improved EHSS performance.

Responsibilities:

* System Administrator (design, implementation, management, testing, launch) for:
* Intelex Management system. Works closely with vendor and IT to manage system and modify user roles and organizational changes and structure. Monitors and maintains Intelex business workflow and notifications. Responsible for all EHSS Reporting / Training / System Improvements
* ISNetworld system. Works closely with vendor, procurement, engineering and contractors to manage system, ensure data is uploaded and reports on performance and trends. Responsible for Reporting / Training / System Improvements
* Learning and Training management systems (LMS, Success Factors, MasteryTech/ Skillsoft). Responsible for ensuring compliance, providing performance metrics and monitoring EHSS training tracked in SAP Success Factors to ensure targeted and timely completion, identifying gaps for follow up.
* Document Control Program (Onbase). Maintains all documentation for EHSS systems including standards, practices, procedures, forms, training documentation and support documentation. Development of training aids to support implementation of newly developed or revised Standards / Programs
* Program Administrator for:
* Low Risk Contractor pre-qualification process (COI review and tracking)
* WorkCare Injury Intervention process
* Essilor Prescription Safety Eyewear program
* Responsible for EHSS and Sustainability data analysis, trending, tracking and reporting to proactively identify areas of opportunity and make recommendations to management to ensure continuous improvement. Report creation, importing and exporting of data from all EHSS systems. Responsible for annual OSHA 300 Log reporting process.
* Supports Risk Management process by overseeing the management of Lost Control audits, running Motor Vehicle Records (MVR)s as part of the fleet safety program, and supporting enterprise risk assessments

Technical knowledge/skills:

* Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and experience in other analytical software programs
* Advanced skill level in incident management and tracking systems (i.e. Intelex), learning management systems (ie. Success Factors), contractor prequalification systems (ie. ISNetworld), and document control systems (i.e. SAP, Onbase, etc.)
* Strategic and systems thinking
* Ability to work in a matrix management environment

General knowledge/skills:

* Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate working effectively with all levels of management, coworkers and outside customers and suppliers.
* Excellent technical and business writing skills and ability to effectively interpret and communicate data findings.
* Excellent organizational and follow up skills with strong attention to detail
* Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines

Education / Experience:

* BA/BS college degree required
* Some knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems or ability to read and understand applicable regulatory requirements, preferred.
* Experience with Intelex, ISNetworld, Success Factors, preferred.
