EDI Support Analyst - I - Are you ready to make a difference?

We are looking for a Support Analyst that is proficient in support analysis and process improvements. The primary focus of the Support Analyst I is to responsible for working as part of a support team collaborating with business users, IT resources and support vendors to resolve application issues. The SA I position is accountable for monitoring alerts and support SLA's. Attending weekly business user group meetings to help understand and resolved outstanding business support issues. An SA I is required to learn business processes, create documentation and learn cross functional duties. This position is located in Appleton Wisconsin, no relocation or sponsorship provided.

Summary of Primary Responsibilities

Develop relationships with business users and support vendors collaborating with them to resolve support issues.
Escalate and manage high/urgent priority issues until resolution.
Work with EDI support vendor to resolve any operational issues.
Coordinate and test all EDI implementations with new EDI partners.
Analyze, design and develop specifications for enhancements to interfaces and maps.
Develop, document and maintain business system support processes and workflows.
Liaison between EDI Support and internal business users
Work with the business to understand and prioritize small business applications enhancements
Work closely with the business, IT and support vendors to schedule/coordinate code deployments, upgrades, patching and maintenance.

Minimum Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree / equivalent work experience
5 years of progressive analyst and support experience in a varied background of enterprise systems such as ERP, On-Line Curriculum or e-commerce.
2 years' experience working in scrum teams, leading of story creation and working in an Agile environment.

Knowledge/Skills Required

Minimum Experience

Bachelor's degree / equivalent work experience
2 years of business work experience or analyst / support experience with EDI, EDI languages and general knowledge of supply chain management.

Knowledge/Skills Required

REQUIRED:

Customer focus with excellent communication skills.
Completing support procedure documentation utilizing effective verbal and written communication skills
Support routine day to day interactions with vendor partners
Coordinate and test implementations with business and /or new vendor partners.
Experience with EDI, EDI Mapping and EDI Languages.
Working knowledge of EDI standards (X12, XML)
Coordination of support projects (e.g. code moves, upgrades)
Take accountability for assignment completion
Participate in peer reviews of their deliverables to ensure successful completion
