* Coordinate and manage all EDI traffic and data translation maps to resolve issues with Sales Orders, Ship notices, and invoices, while maintaining high customer service levels. * New customer and vendor onboarding and test script writing. * Work with the project management team. * Coordinate efforts with our Customer Service Reps to ensure a consistent, positive experience for our customers and vendors. * Coordinate EDI Support queue and LANDesk ticketing system to resolve issues in a timely manner.
The candidate must have:
* 4 - 5 years experience working in a production EDI environment and in a QA role is required * A solid understanding of the data translation process, diverse X12 versions * Production experience with an EDI translator, knowledge of Liaison Softshare is a plus * An excellent understanding of various communication protocols * Knowledge of business document types which address order and shipment processing and invoicing. (Examples include: 850, 855, 860, 856 and 810) * Excellent interpersonal communication skills, particularly in the ability to relate technical information to non-technical personnel * Problem solving skills a
* Prior experience writing SAP documentation and translation specifications * Prior experience monitoring EDI on AS/400 * Prior experience with GXS and/or SPS Commerce Catalogue * Prior experience with Liaison Delta * Integration with various ERP applications * The candidate must also be willing and able to learn new skill sets.
