Amazon's Global AmazonLink team is looking for a passionate, results-oriented, and inventive leader to lead our efforts in expanding our integration platform. We are heads down in creating new, efficient processes that help all our external business partners integrate quickly and seamlessly with Amazon. We are creating a world class experience in automating business processes for supply chain and providing seamless integration with any order management system and file format.

The Manager is responsible for leading a team of Systems Anaylsts to provide integration solutions for AmazonLink customers. To be successful, this candidate requires expertise in a variety of technical, analytical, communication and leadership skills.

Core Job Responsibilities:

Build and manage global team of Solutions Architects and Systems Analyst to build integration solutions.

Responsible for end-to-end solution delivery to automate business processes from scoping till deployment and post deployment operations support.

Define solutions approach, perform high level solution design, and review detailed technical design and other technical integration artifacts.

Work with other Amazon teams, across the globe, to understand their integration requirements and collaborate to build solutions for automation.

Drive EDI adoption initiatives for Amazon partners.

Drive Amazon integration platform products road maps to improve customer experience.

Manage integration projects and work directly with internal and external stakeholders.

Participate in annual budget planning for the department.

Propose and lead initiatives to continuously improve integration processes and build innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and optimize business processes.

Define internal processes for the team/department such as change management, team engagement, project implementation, SLA for services etc.

Define and drive strategic projects for the department, prepare project proposals and present to senior management.

Evaluate employee performance, set expectations and goals for team and individual team members, recruit, and train staff.

Local and international travel as required.
