Job Description

Specific Responsibilities

* Manages projects with complex global, multi-location stakeholders and implementations
* Manages all project related work, including budget, timeline, scope, quality and customer expectations
* Creates, executes and maintains project work plans
* Develops Project Charter and other project deliverables as required
* Oversees requirements gathering and documentation of detailed Business Requirements
* Develops and administers Request for Information and Request for Proposal documents and process
* Identifies, clarifies and resolves project issues
* Facilitates team and business project meetings effectively
* Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
* Reviews and obtains appropriate approvals on project deliverables
* QA projects before release
* Monitors project performance, including deliverables, resource effectiveness and quality
* Works with business to identify, evaluate and recommend appropriate solutions
* Communicates project plans, status and issues on a regular basis to project team members and management
* Effectively applies company methodology and enforces application development and infrastructure standards
* Leads process change initiatives that may require business process re-engineering
* Interacts with multiple business units and executive-level stakeholders

Skills and Requirements

* Knowledge of Web and mobile technology and solutions, and experience delivering through third-party SaaS solutions
* Experience with various systems such as WordPress, Adobe Experience, Sitecore, Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc. a plus
* Expert knowledge of Project and Web Development Lifecycle Methodologies
* Extensive knowledge of project management activities, deliverables and processes
* Proven ability to lead effective project meetings that are tailored to the audience
* Proven ability to effectively identify and resolve project issues
* Proven ability to effectively identify technical issues
* Proven ability to create complex project plans and timelines using MS Project or Redmine
* Expert ability to write and present effective project materials, including presentations and status reports
* Proven ability in IT structured analysis methodologies, including process flow definition and data flow diagramming
* Proven ability to multitask within an environment of rapidly changing priorities
* Strong ability to build, influence, lead and motivate effective teams towards end results
* Demonstrated excellence at working effectively with all levels of staff, clients and other IT/Creative personnel
* Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into timely and accurate responses
* Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic team and product-oriented environment
* 4+ years of Web IT experience with 5+ years of Project Management experience
* 3+ years Project Management experience at a Retail Company (apparel preferred)
* 3+ years experience with eCommerce and web development projects
* Proven track record successfully managing IT projects in a complex, diverse and challenging business and IT environment
* Proven track record in project resource management, including mentoring and coaching, performance management and project financial management
