Job Description

Online Marketing Specialist

The eCommerce Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring projects are driven through execution, while also looking for opportunities to optimize the experience.

* Manage and continually optimize the shopping path based on data and conversion


* Analyze and adjust related items that are sold with other items


* Ensure products are strategically merchandised across the site.


* Leverage A/B testing and personalization to optimize conversion in catalog.

Maintaining existing products, adding new and removing obsolete items, ensuring that the website is up-to-date and accurate with respect to graphics, promotions, and products on a day-to-day basis.


* Analyzing selling data, creating and working with the team to create action plans needed to positively influence the business


* Working collaboratively to enhance product pages based on analysis and testing.
