Provides specialized technical and business knowledge to multiple application development and enhancement projects, utilizing digital communications technologies, strategies, architectures and techniques.

Has principal responsibility for creative programming and related maintenance of the company's internal digital communications environment. Participating in all phases of the digital communications development cycle. Responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of all programs, databases, server administration, and other technical matters.

Perform duties in programming, and formulating system scope. May prepare detailed specifications from which programs are written. May design, code, test, and debug programs. Provide maintenance, user assistance, and documentation for programs. May work on multiple systems or projects over several phases of project development.

Four year college degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with emphasis in digital communications, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience. Typically 3 to 5 years of IT experience, 2 years' experience in Marketing or customer interfacing systems development. Proven interpersonal skills working in a team environment, creating a motivation for high achievement.

Interested individuals must have strong process orientation in Development and Testing Methodologies and a dedication to customer service and satisfaction.

Strong working knowledge of FileNet, Datacap and Content Management. Must understand technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future technical environment. Must be able to recommend plans to integrate new and existing processes.
