Job Description

* Good experience working on IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
* Experience with the Sterling B2B Integrator (SBI) system administration.
* Experience with IBM Sterling software suite: B2B Integrator (Maps, BPML, 4 Services/Adapters, Administration, Tuning and Troubleshooting).
* Experience in working with various B2B communication methodologies like VAN (Value Added Network), FTP, SFTP, AS2, HTTP and HTTPS.
* Strong experience in E-Commerce Gateway (EDI Gateway/ XML Gateway) to interface EDI with Business Applications also to create trading partner set ups and code conversions
* Proficient in using Sterling Integrator Map Editor to create complex mapping of various data formats such as EDI, Positional, XML, CSV, SAP IDOC
* Analyze various data elements on Invoice (810), Purchase Order (850), Purchase Order Acknowledgement (855) and Advance Ship Notice (856) documents suggest business.
* Analyze various data elements on Invoice (810), Purchase Order (850), Purchase Order Acknowledgement (855) and Advance Ship Notice (856) documents suggest business.
* Functional experience in Supply Chain, Retail, logistics.
* Need to lead nearshore/offshore team and ensure smooth application production support
* Need to support the applications 24/7.
* Need to interact with customer and onsite team for deliverables.

Need to resolve the incidents as per SLA.

* Strong understanding of database design. Able to write and debug complex Queries.
* Experience with ITIL process
* Adheres to schedule and Quality guidelines.
