Work you'll do:

Formulate high-level architectures, plans, and reference models specifically for both the Security and Infrastructure Architectures from an EA perspective to enable the implementation of the global Enterprise Architecture in a consistent and well controlled manner.

Establishes and leads up two CoEs for EA, namely, the Security and Infrastructure Architecture CoEs, and drives the thinking in these domains; Builds a strong ecosystem of Architects in all IT teams (IT and Business) to guide architectures on the Security and Infrastructure Architecture Domains for Deloitte; Strong relationships and influence of GTS and Global Businesses CTO's representatives to drive Deloitte's overall Security and Infrastructure Architectures; Prioritize and drive tangible deliveries for Deloitte's benefit

* Responsible for defining consistent architectures, reference models and approaches for the Application and Data domains in the Deloitte network and driving their adoption


* Guides and influences Enterprise Architects associated with the Application and Data Architectures across the Deloitte IT network and the Global Businesses




* Operational
* This role interfaces with and is required to influence GTS EA's, MF ITS EA's as well as Global Businesses' EA's relating to Security and Infrastructure Architecture.


* This position influences and impacts all Architects and resulting solutions within GTS, MF IT teams as well as Global Businesses.


* Clarity of understanding of the business of Deloitte, and the industry's state-of-the-art approaches to Security and Infrastructure Architecture.


* Enterprise level Architecture is always complex, and more so in Deloitte. It has proven to be very hard to define and coordinate in the past.


* The incumbent will need to be an experienced Architect and specifically in Security and Infrastructure Architecture and its impact on Deloitte.




* People Management
* Key to the success of the EA team in GTS and the Deloitte IT network is the ability to bring about a change in the approach and mindset relating to how we architect our solutions in Deloitte. This role is pivotal in terms of making this happen specifically in terms of Security and Infrastructure Architectures.




* Relationship Management/Influence
* The expectation of this role will be to guide the entire Deloitte IT network and global Businesses in terms of coordinated and consistent Security and Infrastructure Architectures.

Who you'll work with:

The Technology Management & Enablement (TME) is the ENABLEMENT leg of GTS's Next Generation Organization. Its core role is to provide specialized leadership, guidelines and support to all IT operations, within GTS and for the broader Deloitte IT network. It will drive consistency and operational excellence by providing transversal support for the delivery of all IT services. TME defines standards and approaches, it manages global frameworks and support operations with globally-pooled expertise across several key domains, namely, Service Management, Enterprise Architecture, Innovation, Quality, PMO and Change.

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field. An advanced degree preferred.



Years of Experience:

* 5+ years of relative experience at the global level


* 3+ years in a leadership role in a large, diverse, professional work environment


* 10+ years of relevant professional experience in a large, diverse, multi-location, global network environment



Job Specific Skills:

* In depth understanding of the approaches, processes and methods needed for successful Enterprise Architecture efforts.


* Specific knowledge and experience in of Security and Infrastructure Architecture domains and as they relate to Enterprise Architecture.
