Reports to: E-Commerce NA Sales Manager

Direct Reports: None

Overall Job Function: Responsible for owning the H&M Club Online Customer Experience by optimizing the local commercial plan as well as securing an omni Club Customer First focus. Ensure Online Sales/Profit and Branding Experience while creating the best Omni customer H&M Club experience. Support succession planning and team development by using H&M values and leadership tools.

Job Responsibility including but not limited to:

* Provide the most appealing H&M Club online experience by focusing on strategic execution and planning
* Optimize H&M Club by analyzing, designing and presenting the most commercial online H&M club offer possible considering the Omni customer experience:
* Desktop web, mobile web, tablet, mobile apps, email and marketing materials
* Set the commercial planning strategy for H&M club together with the H&M Club manager and follow up on performance on a daily and weekly level to take strategic actions that will further increase the omni retention, selling and conversion from H&M club customers
* Plan and execute all H&M Club communication in collaboration with concerned functions: Marketing, Online, Store, PR, Global H&M Club etc.
* Partners with Online and Store teams to drive sales by sharing the learnings of H&M Club customer behavior (traffic, membership activity, retention, selling from Club customers etc.
* Responsible for the setup of rewards for site and email in the corresponding systems: Hybris, AEM and Adobe Campaign
* Optimize site experience for H&M Club customers for the best customer journey through all media channels
* Responsible for planning and executing all online H&M club communication for the US market
* Follow all legal requirements, H&M policies and procedures

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Design, Marketing, E-Commerce, or equivalent E-Commerce experience
* At least 2 years of E-commerce/retail merchandising or buying experience at a relevant company (preferably within digital)

* Passion for driving sales and a proven ability to achieve strong results working strategically and operationally with strong teamwork
* Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration while working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
* Have strong problem-solving skills to make decisions and take own initiatives while thinking and working strategically to plan and foresee opportunities.
* Strong interest in customer analysis and how to drive higher customer retention through strategic planning
* Detail oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills while being sales driven and results-oriented
* Strong analytical, written, verbal and communication skills
* Proficient Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Experience Manager and Google Analytics Solutions preferred
* Strong visual design and analytical skills
* Able to coach and train all levels of employees with subject expert knowledge
* Required international and domestic travel up to 10% of the time
