Job Description

SUMMARY:

The following is a brief description of responsibilities to be performed by the E-Commerce Copy Writer. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Help build quality indexable content for improved SEO and site performance. Content may be used for:
* Product pages, brand pages, meta data, meta descriptions, titles and other aspects of SEO.
* Content may also be written and used to support other aspects of our Digital strategy such as email, blog and product descriptions throughout the site.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

* Knowledge of SEO is not a must, but willingness to learn is
* Strong organizational development skills.
* Strong written, verbal, and oral communications skills.
* Ability to handle confidential matters.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
* Ability to work independently.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelors Degree at an accredited college or university required.
* Two years retail copywriting.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication.
* Proficient in English
