What we are Looking for:

Stoneridge Software is looking for a sharp, personable and highly motivated individual to join our growing Microsoft Dynamics NAV Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation team as a Functional Consultant.

Our consultants work directly with our clients as business analysts and technical experts. Their purpose is to determine system requirements that will meet clients' business objectives. This process includes identifying gaps between existing functionality and those requirements, working closely with our internal project team to develop customizations to fill those gaps, training, and ultimately deploying Dynamics NAV.

A Day in the Life:

* Ensure client satisfaction at all times
* Facilitate the successful implementation of Dynamics NAV using industry best practices
* Work with clients to understand their business requirements and conduct gap analysis
* Convert client requirements to functional specs and design documents
* Design, configure, and test core Dynamics NAV modules
* Provide post-implementation support as needed
* Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels within the organization
* Practice the Stoneridge Software implementation methodology
* Set aside time for self-development by attending training or self-learning on key subjects

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
* 2+ years NAV consulting experience highly preferred; other ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics or related product experience will also be considered
* 2+ years consulting experience in business-to-business environment
* Strong technical aptitude
* Ability to work directly with clients, individually or with a team
* Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects
* Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
* Ability to travel to customer sites as required
* Ability to work collaboratively for the best interests of the business and the team
