We are therefore looking for Domain Architects to join and drive the work, located in Stockholm.

About the position

SEB organises the work in customer centric, business focused areas, Domains. As Domain Architect, you help shape and drive SEB's strategic agenda towards digital world class services for SEB's customers. Your main focus is to create and drive target architecture in line with business objectives to improve quality and time to market of change activities, primarily those with a significant IT impact. Furthermore, you will guide and support development activities - both on strategic and operative levels.

In each area a number of Solution Architects work and in some cases, you will also manage that team. You will work close to the Enterprise Architects and other Domain Architects to align to architecture cross SEB. You will have a key role and interacts with many parts of the organisation enabling personal development, education and growth.

Your profile

In order for you to succeed as a Domain Architect at SEB, you have broad knowledge of products, processes and current solutions as well as target architecture and solution concepts within different areas preferably Financial services e.g. Markets, Securities, Funds, Portfolio management, Open Banking and API. You are comfortable working in an agile and virtual organisation, with excellent networking and leadership skills within both business and IT, combined with the ability to understand business needs and requirements and interpret into solutions while designing sustainable architecture concepts.

As a person, you are result and business oriented. You take personal responsibility for creating and delivering high-value results. You have a pragmatic approach towards problem-solving. Furthermore, we think that you have excellent capabilities to engage people and build relationship - you have great communication skills.
