Pega's Technical Documentation Team is seeking a highly motivated Content Strategist to help set the vision for world-class content and documentation development. This position will be accountable for content strategy, content development, milestone reporting, delivery of high-quality documentation, and successful customer enablement results.

What You'll Do at Pega:

Help us build out a great information architecture and overall content strategy by partnering with our Editor and DITA/XML council to document and update existing Pega content standards and guidelines

* Collaborate with members of our community platform, customer education, design, product management, and development teams all over the world
* Assist in the creation of content and documentation as needed

Who You Are:

You can build strong relationships and work collaboratively with the Director of Technical Documentation and the global Technical Documentation team to create new ways of developing and delivering best-in-class content that users want to engage with.

* Ability to influence and drive others with a high level of teamwork and diplomacy
* Ability to work autonomously in an Agile environment and can quickly adapt to changing requirements

What You've Accomplished:

* Experience working in a cloud-based software development environment with a focus on Technical Documentation, online Help, and Community article publishing
* Ability to work with XML/DITA authoring tools such as oXygen
* Experience with best practices in web content and design
* API documentation for a developer audience
* Experience with HTML, XML, CSS, and XSLT
