Our operations team is seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to own and maintain our document control processes. This role will report to our Production Control & Inventory Manager.

Responsibilities:

* Create Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
* Ensure ECOs in Change Control Board (CCB) Review are ready for release
* Create Part Numbers (P/Ns) and Bill of Materials (BOMs) in Product Lifecycle Management software (PLM)
* Create P/Ns and BOMs in Oracle
* Monitor phase-in material status & assist with implementation (create bin IDs, set up new bins on floor, ID when to cut in new material, etc..)
* Update PLM Make/Buy and Customer Purchasable status to sync with Oracle
* Monitor ECOs (move to execution review, drive approval process, etc)

Requirements

* 4+ years of professional document control in a manufacturing environment
* High attention to detail
* Ability to influence/drive others to keep processes on track
