Primary Responsibilities:

* Organize and maintain all documents and specs pertaining to project design including drawings and RFI's and DCN's
* Perform audits of documents to ensure project files are current
* Duplicate, bind, scan and distribute documents as required
* Transmit, receive, record and distribute e-mail correspondence and documentation by established procedures
* Maintain records of incoming document transmittals and prepare outgoing transmittals and packages
* Assist with registration, filing and control of incoming and outgoing documentation
* Perform database input and word-processing functions
* Ensure that the confidentiality of sensitive information is protected
* Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the Document Control Manager

Qualifications:

* Four-year degree or equivalent experience in Records Administration/Management, Library and Information Technology or Document Control
* Experience in Team Binder a plus
* Knowledge of mass flow of records/information management principles and their methodologies an asset
* Expert in Microsoft Suite and Share Point
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
* Strong communication skills to effectively work within a project team with minimal supervision
* Ability to work extended hours
* Time management and Detail Oriented a must
* Industry knowledge of Best Practices
