Job Purpose or Summary:

Provide SME services for the 1st MARDIV G-3 to support contingency plan/ operation plan (CONPLAN/OPLAN) development and exercise planning support. Due to the critical timeliness associated with Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) operations and the level of complexity within the operations branch a SME with a deep level of experience is required.

Essential Job Duties:

* Provide SME analysis of 1st MARDIVs capacity to provide forces, develop practical sourcing solutions and provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) guidance in the management of force generation of 1st MARDIVs forces deploying as teams, formations, units, and/or MAGTFs and record the results of such efforts the form of the five (5) deliverables required in PWS Paragraph 5.0. The contractor will draft, review, and provide the deliverables in accordance with the schedule in Paragraph 5.0.
* Develop recommendations in said deliverables regarding 1st MARDIVs alignment of Man-Train-Equip efforts according to higher headquarters requirements balanced against current capabilities and readiness of the units sourced against these requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Operational experience as a senior level subject matter expert for a large scale MAGTF training, exercise and GFM events.
* Experience with Joint Operational Planning and Execution System (JOPES), Global Command and Control System Marine Corps (GCCS-MC), Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC), Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), and Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS).
* Experience with Microsoft Office Products
* Experience with Automated Message Handling System (AMHS)Education/degree
