KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Customer & Operations for our Management Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

* Translate business/technical requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the D365 CRM platform and products
* Provide estimates of the level of effort to implement a solution based on business requirements
* Lead technical design sessions, design and document technical solutions that are aligned with the client's business objectives
* Provide guidance during evaluation of a business requirement and how it can be met with either configuration or code and customization
* Lead the technical delivery of D365 CRM implementations

Qualifications:

* A minimum of eight years of management / systems integration consulting experience (including Big Four experience), the majority specifically with Microsoft D365 CRM, within diverse industries
* Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA is preferred
* Professional level understanding of the core D365 CRM Modules (Marketing, Sales, Service) with functional knowledge of the entire product suite and fundamental understanding of Power Apps, Flow, and Power BI
* Possess one or more D365 CRM Certifications is required
* Strong knowledge and experience of D365 CRM development, configuration, and administration capabilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Travel up to 80%
