Job Description

Hyatt is seeking a seasoned A/B testing & personalization guru, supporting the Digital Analytics team strategies under the Global Digital hierarchy. This person is accountable for the execution, design, and analysis for website A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization efforts. Working with the digital, data-science, and development teams, this person will execute complex personalization and A/B testing efforts impacting all parts of the Digital experience. Having hands-on experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript to build client-side web experiences, this person will work to author and manage assigned A/B or multivariate tests, targeting, and personalization efforts within the hyatt digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have proven professional experience working within the Adobe Experience Cloud suite with a focus on Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Audience Manager. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus. The team will drive success under Digital Analytics, Global Digital, Commercial Services and global Hyatt teams by supporting strategies that generate millions of dollars in incremental revenue per year. We are seeking a niche candidate demonstrating a strong technical, computer science/coding background with proven quantitative skills and a strong business mindset and acumen. The ideal candidate will possesses a desire to work in a fast paced, multi-project environment in support of ongoing digital transformation efforts related to website optimization and personalization by combining statistics, analytics, technical abilities, project management, effective communication and interpersonal leadership skills to drive and execute success in the digital space.

* Support the tactical and technical components required for the ongoing A/B testing, optimization, and personalization roadmaps across hyatt.com


* Author and Manage assigned A/B testing, targeting, and personalization efforts in support of digital product, channel, content, merchandising and marketing roadmap strategies to drive, measure and communicate success across Hyatt's website and digital channels while innovating/growing areas such as utilizing AI recommendations engine based on machine learning.


* Discover, recommend and execute initiatives in support of the broader Digital Analytics team strategies.


* Support partnerships with multi-team steering committees across digital and commercial services teams in promoting a continuous test/learn/optimize environment across all digital spaces


* Adhere to ever-changing legal guidelines (GDPR, etc.) and PII around data privacy and security


* Work as an input consultant to Digital team members to ensure audience delivery and coordination to publishers and audience optimization across Hyatt.com and digital channels


* Administer, architect and maintain all tools as the central core to digital audience, targeting, and personalization initiatives


* Maintain data integrity and cross platform/channel personalized & targeted experiences in coherence with evolving technologies and systems


* Identify and recommend opportunities to leverage 1st and 3rd party data across targeting and personalization in Hyatt digital systems


* Support all digital data input and coordination efforts required for the success of Hyatt's DMP across partner teams


* Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values
