JOB DESCRIPTION

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is looking for a Digital Web Designer for Pottery Barn Global! The right person will produce a range of digital end user solutions, for both Web and Email, for the Global and Canadian markets.

You are excited for this opportunity because you will....

Support and enable cross functional partners and teams within our Global and Canadian markets

Collaborate with global eCommerce Managers, Merchants, Engineers, Designers and Copywriters;

Produce daily email and site creatives, in addition to regional evergreen campaigns;

Conceptualize and offer creative solutions for innovations and optimization improvements;

Manager special projects (i.e. style guides, creative cloud libraries, etc.)

Maintain model behavior that respects the background, experience and cultural differences of others, while upholding the integrity and values of Williams-Sonoma, Inc.;

Contribute to self-development plan to ensure continual professional development and growth;

Develop strong partnerships within the Global eCommerce, Marketing and PR teams as well as other local and international partners

Support Senior Designers in day-to-day and seasonal needs

Produce seasonal style guides and responsive standards

Project Manage, including: coordination, scheduling and accounting;

Design region specific content for email and website;

Develop promotional and editorial content;

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We're excited about you because you have...

* BA/BS required
* 3+ years agency or client-side digital design experience
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in global and Canadian markets
* Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge
* A portfolio that demonstrates strong digital design skills and eComm experience
* Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, having previously designed across a range of digital touch points
* Experience using project management tools such as Basecamp and Jira.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing and changing priorities and tasks
* Detail oriented and able to identify and rectify errors. Pixel perfect solutions.
* Able to work independently and take responsibility and ownership of projects and tasks.
