Systems Engineering position as part of a team that supports the design, development, test, and integration of complex, specialized hardware/software systems installed on airborne and ground-based ISR platforms.
You will demonstrate success by:
* Interfaces with the customer, program management, other Systems, Test, Development, and Project Engineering personnel to understand new baseline functionality.
* Develops system level requirements and translates those into requirements for product development and aeronautical engineering.
* Provides technical oversight and review support to development groups during product design and development.
* Plans and executes integration & testing in a Systems Integration Laboratory and on airborne and ground-based platforms.
* Verifies and validates new baseline functionality while ensuring legacy functionality still works as intended.
* Follows existing standards to document system testing status and anomalies with the system.
* Verifies fixes to system anomalies. Interfaces with customer personnel to ensure their satisfaction with system performance.
* Works with management to develop and adhere to schedules and budgets required to accomplish assigned work.
* Provides regular status updates for ongoing work efforts to keep management and customer informed.

* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
* Eligible to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance, which requires US citizenship.
* Minimum of two (2) years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
* Emphasis or experience with Digital Signal Processing (DSP.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
