Job Description:

Role Overview

The focus of this role is to consult in all phases of the implementation process to assist the client and project team with understanding how to effectively utilize platform and DST back end systems to produce the best digital experience. This role may serve as the project lead on small- to medium-sized projects or single phases of large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

* Function as a reliable point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and requests throughout the digital implementation process.
* Help the project team, inclusive of the external clients, understand how to effectively integrate back end recordkeeping systems (TA2000, AWD, API) into the web platforms.
* Provide technical guidance and direction concerning the business implications of the application of various systems.
* Lead activities related to requirements analysis, business process analysis, product configuration and customization, scope analysis, workflow consulting, data mapping, detailed project documentation, customer communication, issue resolution, testing, customer training/education, solution deployment and implementation, and transitory post-implementation support.
* Articulate product capabilities and guides the customer in best practices for use of the product solution. Identifies product customizations, enhancements, process changes, and workarounds to meet customer requirements and works with other functional groups (e.g., development teams, applications analysis, technical support, etc.) to address.
* Understand product behavior in multiple situations and offers assistance to customers regarding product set up, expectations for product functionality and performance, etc., when new variables are introduced.
* Identify, research, and resolve moderately complex to complex customer and product implementation problems
* Manage customer expectations, cultivate the customer relationship, ensure the timely completion of project milestones, and ensure project outcomes are successfully meeting customer expectations during the implementation process.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree and 5 years equivalent work-related experience.
* Understanding of back end recordkeeping systems (TA2000, AWD, API).
* Superior presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to direct, influence and coach leaders to achieve program outcomes.
* A patient, customer-centric and proactive mindset.
* Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with leaders at all levels in the business.
* Time management skills with experience in working to tight project deadlines.
* Ability to understand user requirements and desired business outcomes
* Expertise in the use of Microsoft Applications - specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently and within a team;
* Confidence to present to, and hold discussions with, managers at all levels, including senior management.
