DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

* Coordinates and registers digital software for the Nintendo eShop across all NOA territories and Latin American off-device commerce sites
* Supports projects, digital games and Nintendo News releases, and digital download code delivery to internal teams and partners
* Registers, tests, and releases weekly software launches and updates
* Works with project team to update and optimize the content management systems
* Works with partner teams to ensure timely release of new titles, updates and download codes
* Tests and verifies new tool integrations and updates
* Report and track operation tool bugs
* Proofreads copy, confirms specifications and registers digital content
* Identifies and resolves digital distribution issues
* Supports continuous process improvement activities to optimize systems and increase productivity
* Supports initiatives such as Nintendo News, download codes, and price promotions

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

* One to three years of related experience
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
* Experience with execution of complex programs and projects
* Support projects and tasks in a variety of cross-functional areas
* Experience with workflow process improvement (identification and solutions)
* Acute attention to detail
* Excellent PC Skills
* Experience with project management tools a plus (Jira, Redmine)
* Video Games industry experience a plus
* E-commerce experience a plus
* Japanese language fluency a plus
* Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
