Your Role

The Digital Design Specialist will have experience in developing architectural design and delivery workflows in using multiple platforms and have strong technical and communication skills.

The Digital Design Team for New York is a group of multifaceted experts who focus on all areas of technology driven design including BIM, computation, performance analysis, visualization, and VR/AR/MR. We develop and implement new strategies with project teams, additionally we conduct research and development to inform the future of designing.

What You Will Do

* Developing Marketing Digital Design Material
* Content Management, Creation, Approval and Procedures
* Establish documented processes, procedures and workflows
* Interoperability Management Digital Design Tools
* Proactive approach and learning of new Digital Design Tools
* Coaching, Teaching and Support

Your Qualifications

* Expert knowledge of, and proven practical background in, Autodesk Revit Architecture and related BIM software.
* Familiarity with design applications such as Rhino, VRay, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. are a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent, with 5 years of experience in design and/or construction practice preferred.
* 1+ years of experience in the project-specific, BIM workflow from start to finish.
* Articulate communicator, able to convey concepts to all levels of design and delivery leadership.
* Punctual, able to adhere to deadlines, and have a strong work ethic.
