About the Job

Workflow Management:

* Manage departmental and project budgets and timelines with the goal of having all projects completed on time and in budget
* Manage employee availability and billability for assigned team members
* Ensure adequate proper project staffing to meet business needs and employee career development goals
* Collaborate closely with content and account teams to develop creative themes, content ideas, and project plans, including accurate budgets and rapid yet realistic project schedules
* Work closely with content and account teams to produce final deliverables to ensure requested and delivered content matches original requirements

Project Management and Development:

* Supports the development of graphic and video content for digital channels (web, social)
* Interface with account team leads, creative directors and clients to ensure vision alignment and overall work quality
* Establish staffing requirements, timelines, and budgets for content production and creation, ensuring quality and efficiency of project execution
* Collaborate with digital production staff and account team leaders to ensure group is meeting timelines and budget expectations

Operations:

* Ensure quality and consistency of all processes and protocols to achieve business goals and alignment with Ketchum policy (i.e., project management, staffing, internal/external communication)
* Oversee management of freelancers/vendors, and execution of POs and invoices

Qualifications

* 3-5 years of experience in a graphics/video production role. Agency experience and/or experience as a creative lead preferred
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
* Knowledge of project management principles, processes and software
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
