We are currently seeking a DevOps Team Lead to provide strategic direction and operational leadership for all corporate technology initiatives. This position requires IT management expertise and the ability to direct the company's Operations and DevOps groups to ensure a high level of performance and support.

* Assist the Operations group for effective day-to-day operations, including cybersecurity, help-desk support, and system administration
* Direct and execute DevOps to design, develop and build IT solutions
* Work closely with department, management, external vendors, and advisors
* Assist in developing and managing the IT budget, which includes presenting proposals for capital projects to senior management
* Oversee and manage multiple technical projects to support the company's organizational goals
* Manage code releases
* Partner with all key business functions to determine business requirements
* Drive best practices within our IT team (help desk, systems administration, security, development, and networking)
* Improve and optimize company efficiency through process improvement and automation
* Develop requirements and procedures for implementing routine maintenance
* Evaluate and recommend alternative solutions for enhancing performance and assist with modifications
