DevOps Engineer-Critical Stack

Our team lives at the intersection of the network, development, and security worlds. We are industry veterans who have helped instrument and defend dozens of global firms, as employees, consultants, developers, and teachers.

Critical Stack is an exciting new container orchestration platform that utilizes the robust power of Kubernetes. Critical Stack makes opinionated decisions regarding Kubernetes and other integrated open-source solutions to deliver a product that optimizes ease of use, security, and performance for end users.

As a Critical Stack DevOps Engineer, you'll work on creating a container orchestration platform that combines security and ease-of-use for everyone. We are looking for a strong engineer to manage, build, and deploy Critical Stack Infrastructure. The ideal candidate would also build and automate our development pipelines and process and implement CI/CD tools.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience


* At least 2 years of experience using Python and Bash


* At least 1 year of experience using Ansible


* At least 1 year of experience using Terraform


* At least 1 year of experience using a cloud computing platform (AWS, or Azure, or Rackspace, or Digital Ocean or Google Cloud)



Preferred Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience using Python or Bash


* Experience working with Containers to include Docker or Kubernetes


* Experience using Monitoring and Logging Tools (Prometheus, or Grafana, or ELK, or Fluentd, or Splunk)


* Hashicorp toolset (Vault, Consul, Vagrant)


* Experience using Golang
