Responsibilities

* Leads all Automation strategy, design, and deployment for Cloud Operations
* Responsible for maximizing resources through the development of Automation
* Development of an automation programs for MS server virtualization and builds for private cloud and for Azure
* Development of automation for monitoring and deployment in Azure and private cloud
* Development, creation, and testing of automation scripts
* Initiate and lead scripting and automation to streamline system updates and upgrades
* Work with cloud operations team to resolve trouble tickets, developing and running scripts, creating jobs, and troubleshooting hosted environment
* Works well independently and with minimal supervision

Qualifications and Skills Required:

* Relevant/related experience. Minimum 7 years with a BA/BS or 5 years with a MS/MA.
* Experience in a Dev/Ops environment for critical customer facing systems
* 5 years' experience and working administrative knowledge of Windows Server 2008-2016
* Working knowledge of VMware; VM management and provisioning; Vblock/Vcenter technology and compute deployment in Azure
* Functional knowledge of Visual Studio and SQL server
* 5 years' experience in PowerShell Scripting, Python, Ruby or other scripting language and the writing of advanced scripts
* 5 years working experience with deployment automation frameworks (Chef, Jenkins, Artifactory)
* Demonstrated experience in SCCM and Orchestrator advanced administration and configuration
* Knowledge of SQL 2008-2016 is a plus
* Team player who works well in collaborative fast paced environment.
* Azure certifications a plus
* Excellent troubleshooting and analytics skills
* Familiar or certified with ITIL
* US Citizen/Green Card holder

This positons requires a self-starter willing to quickly learn portions of the AtHoc application suite.
