Ambulnz is a fast growing health-tech company on a mission to transform the medical transportation industry. We're technology-driven, but our focus on care drives every part of our business. Our proven location-based system ensures accurate ETAs that facilities can rely on and enables caregivers to request and track transports in real time.

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team. You'd help scale our real-time communications and mobile routing system to continue support to our growing base of customers.

What you'll be doing

* Develop and enhance tools to automate deployment and maintenance
* Continuously improve software engineering practices
* Build monitoring and configuration management tools and dashboards
* Develop simple, elegant, and maintainable code
* Automate mobile application and infrastructure deployments
* Gather and report metrics used to maintain and improve the performance and efficiency of Ambulnz systems

What we're looking for

* 5+ years experience in a DevOps, SysAdmin, Build/Release role
* Hands on deployment experience with Node.js environment
* Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, ELB, and Amazon Container Service
* Experience with Redis, Docker, GIT, and similar tools
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
