Description

The Support Analyst I Level 3 is responsible for support and monitor current application in production to keep running, providing workaround for incidents and delivering pre-defined service request to end users.

This position is based in Denton, TX. and will report to the Service Leal Local Applications.

Main Responsibilities:

* Develop application changes to fix bug and implement technical necessary changes or projects (related with patches, migrations, upgrades, vulnerabilities, environment changes, technology changes, automation)
* Keep production applications from LAS portfolio running without interruption
* Reestablish production operation as soon as possible when Kanban Task was reported, fixing code according with the agreed SLAs
* Work closer with Support Level 2 to define the tasks that will be managed by Support Level 3
* Ensure a good support service to the end user, promoting empathy with the problem reported and keeping user informed of the entire life cycle and ensuring that changes will be solved n the first deploy, avoiding receive bug reopening from production
* Monitor, solve and report any issue identified with application or environment
* Keep application environment updated according with Tetra Pak Standards for Operation System, Frameworks and Security
* Ensure that application handover to operation is properly prepare by Product Owner and Scrum Team before move to production
* Manage and keep information updated at knowledge base articles and system information
* Actively learn Tetra Pak Business Process to improve the knowledge of company and application be prioritize better the service demands
* Keep contact with suppliers to get the appropriate support from purchased system
* Work on old technology applications as part of technical necessary projects and also contribute to suggest modernizing those applications
* Continuous work to find the Root Cause analysis of issues and implement application changes
* Pro-actively participate in the initiatives as part of the LAS yearly plan
* Enhanced engagement and participation in application architecture discussions
* Assist team members during operation activities and projects and also when new joiners to settle in with the team
* Improved productivity and output activities
* Work to reduces workload automatizing activities that is repetitive
* Enhance knowledge of Operation process and active participation the process improvement activities

Qualifications

* Bachelor in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or similar
* Excellent spoken English
* ITIL foundations
* Agile experience: Scrum Activities, Scrum fundamentals
* 3-5 years of Experience in:
* Good knowledge of Windows, .NET Development, SQL Server, old Languages, ETL and software installation
* Good knowledge in Tetra Pak Standards IT and LAS
* Basic knowledge to troubleshooting NET Core, Git, CI and CD Pipeline, Virtualization
* Create, update and follow knowledge base articles, system information, handover process


* ITIL Foundation, Agile (Scrum)
* Good troubleshooting and multitasking
* Good comprehension business requirements and needs
* Good investigation and analytic skills
* Good interpersonal communication and relationship
* Can raise escalation when needed
