Tier 1 & 2 support- escalated from help desk- Occasional Tier 3 support
* Performs service/repair/install of hardware/software/pc's, apple computers & printer support * Hardware diagnostics/ failures- order parts- replace on site- need HP, Dell and Apple certs * Customer interaction- executive staff- demanding location- increased workload * Work well individually and part of a team- * Maintain highest level of customer satisfaction * Ticketing system- Service Now- assignment of tickets, keep up to date with troubleshooting notes/resolutions * Remote team- Tech lead group- escalate issues- client solver teams * Position may require some local travel in support of the client- coverage support * Represent Compucom in a professional and businesslike manner * Communicate effectively with customers * Technical skills- continue to learn and grow and strength skills
